Power Splitter

Description: Power splitter can take a large file and split it up into smaller files so that it can be transfered in smaller pieces, stored on flopy disks, etc. *Note: I have tested and used this program alot, however I never tested if with files over 100MB. Also, I lost about half my code for this program when I was trying to make a compact joiner so that you did not need this program to rejoin files but they could rejoin themselves because a small program would be included with them to rejoin the files. I made a mistake and saved the compact joiner as the splitter itself...so there will most likely not be any more updates or bug fixes.
