Hex Editor:
Description: This hex/binary editor will allow you to open an exe program, view and replace bytes
that is made of, search for a string of bytes in the file, and find path names that the program may use. You can change
what a program says in message boxes, what the title of the program is...and any other text. But the file must remain the
same size. You cannot add bytes, only replace them.
*Note: It is not really a Hex Editor, but it can preform a few of the functions that a Hex Editor can. So for that reason
and for lack of a better term, that is how I refer to it.
